ExploreThe problem
A full inbox, a dozen half-finished tasks, a head full of things you keep meaning to get to. Claude can take a real share of that load. By the end of four weeks you will use it to clear your inbox faster, turn a messy brain-dump into an ordered plan, draft the things you keep avoiding, prep for meetings, and keep your projects organised in one place. A tireless assistant and thinking partner, not a gimmick.
The Difference
How long things take before and after the course.
Indicative times. Your mileage will vary, but the direction won't.

Curriculum
What Claude does well and what to never trust it with. The five moves that change every conversation. Live coaching: you bring a real task and I work it with you on screen.
The five moves one-pager, access to the growing cohort prompt library.
Why Claude underperforms for most people, and the three kinds of context that fix it. Set up your first Claude Project for a real slice of your work, with me walking between screens.
A personal context template, a Project setup checklist, worked examples.
The shift from one-off prompts to repeatable workflows. Live build: each student takes a recurring task and turns it into a workflow they can run every week.
Three ready-made workflow templates (status report, meeting prep, draft-to-polish), a workflow design checklist.
The five most common failure modes and how to spot them. Building a sustainable practice. A grounded view of where Claude is heading. 201 preview.
A personal toolkit summary, a failure modes reference card, a 30-day practice plan, an alumni follow-up.

AI fluency across the team
Every participant leaves with working skills and confidence — not just the power users.
Deliverables & career outcomes
Beyond the toolkit, the course shifts what is possible next. Here is what entrepreneurs and organisations can point to — concrete outputs in hand, and the career and organisational trajectory they unlock.
For entrepreneurs
Outcomes you can point to
Raise your next round faster
Investor updates, data room narratives, and pitch decks produced in days, not weeks. Founders who present polished, consistent materials raise faster.
Become the AI-fluent founder
Investors and boards increasingly expect founders who can speak fluently about AI strategy. This course makes that your default, not a gap to close later.
Win advisory and board roles
AI fluency is now table stakes for non-executive and advisory positions. Graduate with a working practice and language to back it up in any boardroom.
Scale without hiring
Take on the workload of a part-time chief of staff or analyst through Claude workflows — buy yourself runway and optionality before the next hire.
Pivot or launch with confidence
Research a new market, prototype a new offer, and pressure-test a pivot in a weekend rather than a quarter. The course turns hesitation into momentum.
For organisations
Outcomes you can point to
Lead your AI strategy credibly
Own the AI agenda in your organisation with a clear roadmap, a defensible policy, and the governance language trustees and boards expect.
Reduce compliance and reputational risk
Stop the shadow-AI problem before it becomes an incident. A documented policy and staff training materially lower the risk of a data or safeguarding breach.
Stand out in funding and sector bids
Funders increasingly ask how charities use AI responsibly. A written, live AI policy and governance model is a concrete differentiator in applications.
Build a team that thinks in systems
Participants leave not just skilled but thinking in repeatable workflows — the mindset shift that compounds across every team long after the course.
Free your team for mission work
Reclaim the hours spent on reporting, briefings, and status updates — and redirect them to the front-line work that actually moves your mission forward.
Tangible deliverables & outcomes
Concrete outputs in hand, and the career and organisational trajectory they unlock — for entrepreneurs and organisations alike.
Investor update workflow
A live Claude workflow that turns bullet notes into a polished monthly investor update in minutes.

Your own Claude account. Claude Pro or Max is required — the free tier is too limited for the work we do.
Between & after sessions
Cohort channel for questions, answered live in the next call. After the course: weekly review prompts and check-ins at 1, 2, and 4 weeks so the toolkit actually sticks.
Instructor
I am a strategist with 25 years across philanthropy, policy and investment, and the founder of Arakura Consulting.
I do not teach Claude from theory. I run a real business on it, and I built this course, its landing page, its payments and its systems by talking to Claude. That is the method: built using Claude, taught using Claude.
In this course you watch how it is done, then do it in your own work.

Private options
Three ways to work with me one-to-one, depending on what you need.
90-minute taster
£250
One focused session on one specific workflow. Good if you have a particular task you want to crack rather than a desire to learn Claude properly.
Honest note: 90 minutes isn't enough to teach Claude from scratch. The cohort or the package is for that.
4-session private package
£1,500
The 101 curriculum, delivered privately and built around your actual work. Same arc as the cohort. Includes all materials, between-session support, and the 30-day follow-up.
Ongoing hourly
£250/hr
For graduates of the cohort or package who want occasional sessions after.
For organisations
Every member of staff who attends should leave able to use AI on a real task the same week. That is the aim. Suitable for colleagues at very different starting points — from those already experimenting through to those who have not yet begun.
The training is built on daily practice in real charity and foundation work, not theory or hype. Sessions are hands-on working sessions — people try the tools on real examples, not slides about features.
Looking for the governance side rather than team training? See AI Strategy & Policy for the law, what is coming, and how to get your organisation ready and compliant.
Hands-on, not a lecture
Sessions are working sessions. People try the tools on real examples, not slides about features.
Built around your work
Examples come from your actual departments — fundraising, communications, events, administration, operations.
Honest about limits
We cover what AI is genuinely good at, where it falls short, and when to check its work. A guiding rule: if you wouldn't trust a sharp junior colleague to do it unsupervised, don't trust AI with it either.
Components can be taken individually or combined. Most organisations start with the introductory session and build from there.
Introductory session for all staff
90 minutes · live on Zoom · recording shared afterwards
A practical, hands-on introduction to everyday AI use, suitable for everyone regardless of starting point. It demystifies AI, shows the small number of habits that make the biggest difference, and includes a live demonstration of a real task moving from a weak result to a genuinely useful one. Beginners leave confident enough to start; existing users pick up sharper technique.
Practical examples by department
Tailored to fundraising, communications, events, administration and operations
So the session lands for every team, it draws on examples tailored to each function — donor and grant communications for fundraising, press releases and content calendars for comms, logistics checklists for events, minutes and templates for administration, and SOPs and board reports for operations.
Responsible use, data protection and GDPR
60–90 minutes · can run within the intro session or standalone
What information should and should not go into AI tools, how to spot and check confident-but-wrong answers, and simple guardrails the team can adopt. Covers data minimisation, lawful basis and consent, appropriate tool settings, and sensible retention — practical GDPR-aligned guidance, not legal advice.
Team programme (mirrors Arakura 101)
4 weekly sessions · up to 12 staff · private cohort
For teams who want to go further. The same four-week curriculum — Foundations, Context, Workflows, Compounding — run privately for your organisation. Staff finish with a personal toolkit of prompts, templates and workflows built around their actual roles, plus recordings of every session. Run across a team it builds shared habits and a common language, so departments work in alignment rather than each person figuring AI out alone.
Optional: advanced strand and Claude Code
Add-on for technically-minded staff · operations and data teams
For a small group who want to go deeper: deeper reusable workflows and an introduction to Claude Code for automating practical tasks such as data clean-up, recurring reports, and light website work. Genuinely useful but not for everyone — offered as an add-on for those who would benefit rather than core training for all staff.

Next steps
After 101 you'll know how to put Claude to work day to day. 201 is the next step: you stop renting your tools and start building your own. Using Claude Code, you'll build systems that do exactly what you need and that you own, instead of paying monthly for ten apps that almost fit. By the end you'll have built something real that runs a piece of your work on its own. For founders, consultants, and anyone ready to go from using Claude to building with it. Coming H2 2026.
